2. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information required to complete the project.
Provide timely feedback, approvals and content to keep the project on schedule.
Ensure you have the rights to all content, images and materials you provide.
Cooperate with us to complete the work within the agreed timeline.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to you. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are agreed upon before work begins. Work may be paused or withheld if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed schedule. All prices are stated in the currency specified in the proposal unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for their project. Zorex Digital retains the right to use non-confidential project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock images and software remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Revisions & Changes

Projects include a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may be subject to additional charges. Significant scope changes will be documented in writing before being carried out.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using the site in a way that could disrupt its operation. We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party Services

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing with reasonable notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Completed work that has been paid for will be delivered to the client.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
